Insyofan Boutique has a specific return policy for our customers. Please take note of the following guidelines:
1. Returns on full-price items: We only offer store credit for returns on full-price items. No cash refunds will be provided.
2. Timeframe for returns: All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected and shipped back at the sender’s expense.
3. Processing time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3-5 days for processing. A digital gift card will be emailed to you as store credit.
4. Final sale items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Return shipping: Please note that we do not provide return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. Additionally, any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. Eligibility for returns or exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have tags attached.
7. Policy enforcement: We reserve the right to deny any returns and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements. No exceptions will be made.

9. International orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for any VAT/Import custom fees that may apply.
10. Restocking fee: For customers who purchase 10 items or more within a 6-month period and maintain a return rate of 70% or greater, an automatic $10 restocking fee will be charged.
Please note that Insyofan Boutique closely monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
